SEVEN is looking for talented candidates to join our Inside Sales Team as an Account Executive based out of our Mercer Island, WA office (Greater Seattle Area).  Successful candidates will thrive in a rapid sales cycle environment and will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives selling SEVEN haircare products into select salons. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, prioritizing and managing multiple accounts, and building a strong rapport with our account base.

Primary Responsibilities for Account Executives – Sales Focus:

New Business

  • Source new sales opportunities by researching prospective salons in different geographical territories.
  • Develop campaigns to entice and engage prospective salons
  • Perform effective brand presentations to those salons
  • Maintain a consistent level of contact with leads throughout the sales process, leading up to the acquisition of the salon as a new account
  • Maintain and grow the salon account’s business through regular phone contact and effective selling techniques for inventory management, promotion, and overall increase of share in the salon’s retail business
  • Apply same practices to inbound leads

Primary Responsibilities for Account Executives – Support Focus:

Existing Business

  • Deliver sales support in terms of customer service and education by phone and Skype to existing salon accounts
  • Close sales and achieve quotas


  • Provide administrative sales support as needed


  • Experience in the hair and/or beauty industry preferred
  • Experience in inside sales preferred
  • Track record of overachieving quotas
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing many dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
