Sales Administrator/Coordinator

SEVEN is looking for a talented and competent Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will thrive in a rapid paced environment, and will play a fundamental role in supporting our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable wearing many hats, managing multiple priorities, and feeling the pull from numerous directions.

This new position will be of a tactical nature and responsible for coordination between various departments, the field sales team, and clients (channel partners, partner salons, end consumers, and so on).


  • Coordinating employee onboarding/deboarding
  • Reconciliation and approval of expense reports based on company policies
  • Weekly dissemination of sales dashboards
  • Liaise with accounting including turning in daily sales/credit card reports and reconciliations
  • Managing sales PTO calendars
  • Primary contact for leased vehicles, maintenance, and asset tracking
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Review vendor invoices and approve for payment or escalate as appropriate
  • Analysis of freight programs and shipping costs


  • New account and new service setup and account closures inclusive of creating or adjusting recurring billings
  • Accounts receivable tasks including mailing statements and working with customers to resolve payments
  • Monitoring and managing sample and collateral requests from field
  • Backup for order entry
  • Support all sales channels as needed
  • Competitor buyback product monitoring and reconciliation
  • Lead ongoing Salesforce training and initiatives
  • Main point of contact for e-comm inquiries
  • Online partner program onboarding
  • Assistance with special projects (assembling product launch kits, travel sets, etc.)


  • Salesforce experience at an intermediate level a must including generating reports and training others
  • Ability to meet deadlines and juggle competing priorities while exhibiting grace under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills with stellar attention to detail
  • Professionalism in both verbal and written communications
  • Aptitude for taking raw data and create meaningful reports
  • Intermediate Excel skills including manipulating formulas, working with IF:THEN functions, creating pivot tables, etc.
  • Prior experience and comfortable with making A/R calls
  • Minimum 2 years supporting a remote sales team and/or management team


  • Intermediate experience with Salesforce
