Have my products shipped?

After you check-out, an email will be sent to you with information about your order.

When your order has shipped, you will receive another email confirming shipment. This email will include a tracking number, so that you may check status of the order any time.

You may also check for your tracking number by signing into your account.

What shipping company do you use?

All SEVEN® shipments are made through FedEx Ground or USPS.

Where do you ship to?

SEVEN® haircare ships to the 48 contiguous United States.

Please note that some items sold online by SEVEN® haircare require special handling in transport and shipment methods for these items are dictated by federal, state and local regulations. The shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible for that reason. Read below to find out how this may impact shipping to your area.

  • Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and destinations outside of the 48 contiguous United States is not currently available
  • Delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses is not currently available
  • 2nd day and Overnight shipping are not currently available

Where’s my package?

Good hair is on the way!  Approximate processing times for shipments are below, and you can always check your shipment via the tracking link that was sent to you by email when it left the warehouse. Don’t see the email? You can also check the status of your order by signing into your account.

Standard Shipping Processing Times:
  • Most orders shipped are processed for shipment within 1 – 2 business days (This includes IN STOCK items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability)
  • Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order’s ship date.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, exclusive of United States federal holidays
  • Orders are delivered via FedEx Ground or USPS

What are your Shipping Charges?

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping – $7.00
Please allow 4-7 business days for the processing and shipping of an order. Depending on the shipping address, you may see it arrive within 2-3 days.

Complimentary Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping to US addresses on all orders $45 and above.

Complimentary Shipping Rules and Restrictions
  • $75 purchase excludes shipping and sales tax.
  • Complimentary shipping will be automatically applied at checkout on qualifying orders
  • As with any special offer from, only one offer allowed per order. Offers cannot be combined.
  • Other offers may require a coupon code to be entered at checkout. All offers from SEVEN® haircare are subject to modification or cancellation due to system errors, unauthorized or unqualified use, or other unanticipated issues.
  • To qualify for complimentary shipping, products must be purchased in a single order going to a single location. We cannot currently send partial orders to multiple addresses.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

SEVEN® haircare does not currently support sending to multiple addresses in a single order. If you have different addresses to ship to, please complete your order in separate transactions.
